Algemene voorwaarden voor het plaatsen van een nieuwe ketel:

Leidingen dienen binnen één meter van de plaats waar de nieuwe ketel komt te hangen/ staan aanwezig te zijn. Leidingen moeten zich in dezelfde ruimte bevinden waar de nieuwe ketel komt te hangen.

Onder de leidingen verstaan wij:
– Aanvoerleiding cv-installatie
– Retourleiding cv-installatie
– Koudwaterleiding
– Warmwaterleiding
– Riolering
– Rookgasafvoer (2x 80mm of concentrisch 125/80mm ( gevel-/dakdoorvoer)
– Thermostaatleiding ( 2 of meer aderige kabel)
– Geaard stopcontact

Wat kunt u verwachten van ons:
– Het demonteren en afvoeren van de oude ketel mits dat nodig is.
– Het volgens de voorschriften aansluiten van de nieuwe ketel.
– Het aansluiten van de nieuwe thermostaat op de bestaande daarvoor bestemde bedrading.
– Het schoon achter laten van de werkplek (ken).
– U heeft 1 jaar volledige garantie op de werkzaamheden die B.K.I. heeft verricht.
– Op de ketel zit de normale garantie van de ketelfabrikant.

Waar moet u rekening mee houden:
– Dat de plek(ken) waar de werkzaamheden plaats vinden goed bereikbaar is.
– Indien er werkzaamheden verricht moeten worden die niet in de offerte voorkomen, er een bedrag van 32,50 euro per uur exclusief BTW wordt gefactureerd.
